This month, she broke the Guinness record by cooking over 8.7 tons of Jollof rice in one large pot. Hilda Baki did not achieve success by chance.

She aims to develop her brand and plans to open a network of restaurants worldwide in the future. Her main goal is to popularize Nigerian cuisine internationally.

Additionally, she intends to introduce her coconut rice recipe to the world. Baki stands out in the culinary field with her unique style and creativity and strives to bring national dishes to a wider audience.
