Nigerian chef breaks two Guinness records

Nigerian chef Hilda Baki has broken two Guinness records. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

She runs a restaurant in Lagos, conducts cooking classes, and offers personal chef services. In 2023, she gained significant attention for a continuous cooking marathon lasting 93 hours and 11 minutes.

This month, she broke the Guinness record by cooking over 8.7 tons of Jollof rice in one large pot. Hilda Baki did not achieve success by chance.

She aims to develop her brand and plans to open a network of restaurants worldwide in the future. Her main goal is to popularize Nigerian cuisine internationally.

Additionally, she intends to introduce her coconut rice recipe to the world. Baki stands out in the culinary field with her unique style and creativity and strives to bring national dishes to a wider audience.

Her work serves to further develop Nigerian culture.
