Italy missed the opportunity against Norway with a 1:3 score
On November 17, 2025, at the "San Siro" stadium in Milan, the Italian national team was defeated by Norway with a score of 1:3. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The match started actively for Gennaro Gattuso's team, who initially managed to open the scoring but could not maintain the lead. In the 11th minute of the match, Italian player Locatelli passed the ball to Dimarco on the left wing.

Dimarco entered the penalty area and passed to Esposito. Esposito took a shot from the center, sending the ball between goalkeeper Nyland's legs and opened the score.

After that, Politano and Dimarco continued delivering crosses from the wings into the penalty area, but the second goal was not scored. Norway's goalkeeper Nyland played confidently and successfully repelled Italy's attacks.

In the second half, Norway's attacks intensified. Serlott passed the ball to Antonio Nusa, who entered the penalty area from the left wing and shot to the near corner.

Donnarumma could not respond to this shot, and the score was equalized. This goal negatively affected the morale of the Italian players.

They began to make many mistakes in attack. The decisive moments of the match occurred between the 75th and 78th minutes.

Nusa and Bobb launched an attack from the left wing, and Bobb made a pass to the far corner. Erling Haaland took a shot, bringing the score to 1:2.

A few minutes later, Italy made a mistake in the center of the field. Torsby took possession of the ball, launched an attack, and passed to the center.

Haaland scored again with another shot, making it 1:3. In the 90th minute, Norway launched another quick attack.

Torsby passed the ball to Stran Larsen. Larsen entered the penalty area together with Italian defender Mancini and shot at the left post.

However, this shot was not counted, and the game ended with a score of 1:3. With this victory, Norway once again proved their superiority.
