The US has suspended visa issuance to Afghan citizens
The US Department of State has temporarily suspended visa issuance to citizens holding Afghan passports. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This decision was made to ensure national and public security. Such a measure was implemented following an attack near the White House in Washington.

During the attack, two National Guard soldiers were injured, one of whom died in the hospital. The person who carried out the attack was apprehended at the scene.

Due to this situation, the US Secretary of Defense announced plans to increase the number of National Guard troops. According to President Donald Trump's order, an additional 500 soldiers are planned to be deployed to Washington, D.C.

These measures are aimed at strengthening security and protecting the public.
