Dizire Due won the Golden Boy award in 2025

On December 2, 2025, the Golden Boy award ceremony was held in Turin, Italy. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The prestigious award was given to Dizire Due, a player of the French national team and Paris's PSG club. The jury particularly recognized his consistent performance and his invaluable contribution to PSG's achievements in Europe.

Dizire Due was transferred from France's "Rennes" club to PSG in the summer of 2024 for 50 million euros. Due to his speed and ball-handling skills demonstrated since his youth, he quickly became one of the team's key players.

Especially, his performance in the Champions League playoff stages attracted great attention. A decisive factor in winning the Golden Boy award was his brilliant play in the tournament final.

In the final, PSG defeated Italy's "Inter" club 5-0. In this match, Due scored two goals and provided one assist.

As a result, he was named the best player of the final. The Golden Boy award was first established in 2003 by Italy's Tuttosport newspaper and is awarded annually to the most talented footballers under 21 playing in Europe's top leagues.
