According to the "Billionaires Index" published by Bloomberg agency, since the beginning of 2025, the total wealth of Russia's richest entrepreneurs has increased by 18.1 billion dollars. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In compiling this ranking, changes in the value of company shares were taken into account. Among Russian billionaires, the largest increase in wealth was observed in Alisher Usmanov.
His financial status has increased by 5.32 billion dollars since the beginning of the year, reaching a total of 18.5 billion dollars. As a result of this growth, Usmanov rose to sixth place in the ranking of Russia's wealthiest.
Alongside Alisher Usmanov, well-known entrepreneurs such as Iskandar Makhmudov (UGMK), Pavel Durov (Telegram), and Tatyana Kim (Wildberries) also managed to significantly increase their wealth. However, Vladimir Lisin, one of Russia's wealthiest individuals and chairman of the board of directors of Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine, suffered a major financial loss this year.
His wealth decreased by 3.07 billion dollars, totaling 22.8 billion dollars. Nevertheless, he retained his position in the top three Russian billionaires.
