Temperatures as low as −38 degrees expected in Kazakhstan
Severe cold weather is expected in Kazakhstan in the coming days. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the country's meteorological service, Kazhydromet, a cold anticyclone will enter from the Novaya Zemlya region on January 13–15. Local news agencies are reporting this.

Experts emphasize that although the air was relatively warm at the beginning of the winter season, the truly cold days of the winter season are now beginning. This cold anticyclone will initially affect the northern regions and then spread to the eastern and other areas.

According to weather forecasts, on January 14, temperatures in the northern regions at night may drop to −30…−38 degrees, and on January 15, similar temperatures are expected in the eastern provinces. This could cause difficulties in people's daily lives and transportation.

Additionally, the rapid movement of the anticyclone will lead to an increase in wind speed. In some areas, wind speeds may reach up to 28 meters per second.

Experts urge citizens to be cautious and strictly follow weather warnings.
