Uzbekistan passport ranking rose to 79th place

According to the global passport ranking compiled by Henley & Partners based on the results of 2025, Uzbekistan's position has improved. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In this ranking, Uzbekistan took 79th place among 105 countries. This indicator has risen compared to the previous ranking where it was 82nd.
Mass media outlets are reporting this. According to the ranking data, Uzbek citizens can travel visa-free or obtain a visa on arrival to 62 countries.
This result placed Uzbekistan at 79th place alongside Kyrgyzstan. Among Central Asian countries, Kazakhstan leads, occupying 64th place.
Tajikistan is recorded at 85th place, while Turkmenistan holds 91st place. In this ranking, Singapore took first place, with its citizens having visa-free access to 193 countries.
Afghanistan is at the very bottom of the list. Afghan citizens have the opportunity to travel visa-free to only 24 countries.
