An explosion occurred in one of the church buildings located in the northern region of New York State, USA. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The Associated Press news agency reported this. As a result of the incident, five people, including the pastor who arrived at the scene and firefighters, were injured.

According to the information, among the injured are 43-year-old pastor Brendon Pitts and four firefighters aged between 43 and 71. All of them were taken to the hospital.

According to the police, the condition of the injured is serious but stable. Preliminary investigations conducted by law enforcement agencies found no signs of illegal activity in the explosion.

Further investigations into the causes of the incident are ongoing.
