Explosion in Lviv: Zelenskiy blamed Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy accused Russian special services of the terrorist attack that occurred in the city of Lviv, which resulted in human casualties. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The explosion that took place on the night of February 22 killed a young police officer and injured dozens of civilians. According to Zelenskiy, the perpetrators were hired via Telegram.
A 33-year-old woman living in the Rivne region has been detained on suspicion of this crime. According to the investigation, she planted homemade explosive devices near a building in the center of Lviv.
The criminals first made a false call to the police, reporting a burglary in the building. When the police arrived at the scene, the explosions were carried out remotely.
The police officer who died as a result of the explosion was only 23 years old. According to Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi, a total of 25 people were injured in the explosion, two of whom are in serious condition.
The suspect woman was detained in the city of Staryi Sambir, located near the border. Evidence confirming the accusations was found in her home.
Following this incident, Irina Vereshchuk, a representative of the Ukrainian presidential office, emphasized that Telegram and similar anonymous platforms are being used to recruit and manage terrorists. She stated that they are ready to restrict such platforms if necessary.
Zelenskiy warned that similar attacks could occur in the future according to intelligence and called on the public to remain vigilant. In your opinion, how appropriate is it to restrict social networks and messengers to ensure security?
