Football betting turned into family conflict and stabbing

The match was held as part of the Serie A competition. According to local law enforcement agencies, a 40-year-old man was watching the match at home on television.

During the game, a penalty decision in favor of the "Napoli" team, initially awarded by the VAR system, was overturned. This caused the man to become highly emotional and use offensive language loudly.

At that moment, his 35-year-old wife, who was nearby, believed the words were directed at her. As a result, a verbal argument began between the husband and wife, which quickly escalated into a physical altercation.

According to reports, the woman first threw scissors at her husband, then stabbed him in the side with a kitchen knife. Police officers who arrived at the scene found multiple stab wounds on the man's body.

The victim was immediately taken to the hospital and received necessary medical care. According to doctors, his life is not in danger.

The woman was arrested due to this incident, and an investigation has been initiated. In this match, the "Napoli" team was defeated with a score of 1:2.
