The US has further expanded the list of sanctions applied to Eronga

The US Department of the Treasury has further expanded the list of restrictions applied to the state of Iran. Zamin.uz reported this.
The Office of Foreign Assets Control announced these measures through an official statement. According to the new decision, the scope of sanctions has been significantly expanded, and new individuals and organizations have been blacklisted.
Specifically, the introduced restrictions are directed at eight Iranian citizens. Additionally, four companies operating in Iran and the United Arab Emirates have also been included in this list.
The main purpose of this decision is to prevent actions contrary to international rules and to strengthen financial control. Furthermore, the restrictions cover not only individuals and enterprises but also means of transport.
In particular, two Boeing 777-200ER aircraft belonging to Mahan Air airline have been included in the sanctions scope. This may limit these aircraft's participation in international financial operations and their technical maintenance capabilities.
The US government emphasizes that it is implementing these measures as part of a strategy to strengthen security measures and ensure regional stability. As a result of the new sanctions, the connections of the specified individuals and companies with the US financial system will be completely restricted, and their assets may be frozen.
