The US Secretary of Defense's decision was unknown to the White House
A new controversy has emerged in the political arena of the United States. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

It has become known that when US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth decided to halt arms deliveries to Ukraine, the White House was not informed in advance. This situation has caused significant debates within the country's administration and once again highlighted the disorganization in the decision-making process and information disruptions.

According to reports, this issue was intensely discussed during a meeting of the Trump administration. President Donald Trump stated that he is not personally responsible for halting military aid to Ukraine, and he did not provide a clear answer on whether he approved the decision or not.

His remark, “I don’t know who made the decision, maybe you can tell me?” openly indicates the uncertainty of the situation. Additionally, the special envoy for Ukraine, Kit Kellog, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were also not informed in advance about the pause in arms deliveries.

It has been confirmed that they learned about it through the media. According to CNN sources, Hegseth made such a decision for the second time.

The first similar halt occurred in February but was quickly rescinded. Many officials in the national security sector have emphasized that there are issues of information shortages and internal cooperation problems following significant strategic changes.

These events raise new questions about how US foreign policy is being shaped and the effectiveness of internal communication within the country's leadership. Furthermore, such miscoordination within the administration has intensified doubts and questions on the international stage.

Currently, the issue of providing assistance to Ukraine is in the spotlight not only in Washington but also around the world. The internal disagreements within the American political elite remain unclear regarding how they will affect the future of this assistance.

This disorganization and information disruptions could negatively impact the US's foreign policy and its relations with Ukraine. In conclusion, the lack of transparency and systematization in the decision-making process is causing serious discussions in the American political arena.

This indicates the necessity for further improvement of the internal affairs of the country's leadership
