Corvette E-Ray is now a true road monster
Callaway Cars has announced a new upgrade for the hybrid Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray, according to SpeedMe. This update increases the car's power by 200 horsepower. As a result of installing a 2.9L Twin-Screw Gen4 supercharger, the model's power has been boosted to 847 horsepower and 871 Nm of torque. This makes the E-Ray significantly more powerful compared to the standard version (650 horsepower).
This upgrade is also available for the Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray. The updated version can reach 60 mph in 2.67 seconds and cover the 1/4 mile in 10.64 seconds. Callaway's TripleCooled cooling system and CalCal engineering settings ensure fuel efficiency with minimal loss.
Callaway also offers exclusive tuning options. These include aero upgrades, a Double-D compact exhaust system, and custom wheels. The upgrade price starts at a $1,000 deposit and is available only through authorized Callaway dealers.
