Li Auto, one of China's renowned automobile manufacturers, has officially commenced operations in Russia. The company’s press service issued an official statement regarding this and announced the event as significant news for consumers.
The official website of Li Auto in Russia has been launched. This is seen as a serious step aimed at protecting consumers from various illegal channels and "gray" supply schemes. Now, consumers can access comprehensive information about the company's various models, services, technical specifications, and prices through this official site.
“We are pleased to have launched Li Auto's official website in Russia. This decision is an important step towards protecting consumers from illegal product supply channels and enhancing transparency in the sales process. From now on, all activities will be conducted only through official and authorized dealers,” said Dmitriy Rotkin, head of the development department of the Sinomach Auto dealer network in Russia.
The company’s website features detailed descriptions of vehicles, news about the latest models, technical specifications, as well as prices and the ability to contact official dealers. Additionally, the site offers consumers the opportunity to sign up for a test drive.
Starting from May 15, the company has officially halted all parallel import channels. Now, the company's vehicles will only be sold officially through Sinomach Auto. This ensures the quality of Li Auto products and protects the interests of buyers.
The management of Sinomach Auto and Li Auto will announce further measures against these "gray" schemes at the first dealer conference to be held on May 21 at the "Xuamin" business center in Moscow. This event is expected to mark a significant milestone in Li Auto's new phase in the Russian market.
