New Luxury Hongqi SUV Unveiled in Beijing

At the ongoing Beijing International Auto Show, the Chinese state-owned concern FAW presented its new luxury SUV, the Hongqi P567, to the general public. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This vehicle is the first model in the brand's history to feature a distinctively rugged and aggressive design, fully developed in line with the latest trends in the Chinese automotive market. Although the official commercial name of the new model has not yet been announced, it is already in the spotlight of experts and enthusiasts due to its high technical specifications and appearance.
The exterior of the car is distinguished by the brand's signature vertical-slat grille and an illuminated red line. Its massive bumpers, rectangular headlights, and a roof-mounted lidar system indicate the presence of an advanced autopilot function.
The model was also showcased in special editions created in collaboration with the Yunliang tuning center. These versions differ from the standard models with additional accessories and unique design elements.
Technically, the new SUV is based on a range-extender hybrid system, which includes a two-liter turbocharged engine acting as a generator and four powerful electric motors. The total system output is 843 horsepower, with a torque of 1,320 Newton-meters.
Thanks to these high figures, the heavy vehicle reaches 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. With a full battery and a full fuel tank, the SUV has a range of 1,350 kilometers.
It can travel 280 kilometers on electric power alone. The interior is decorated in a modern minimalist style, featuring a four-spoke steering wheel, a virtual instrument cluster, and a comprehensive multimedia system.
For the comfort of the driver and passengers, it features air suspension, rear-wheel steering, and three differential locks. The Hongqi P567 is over five meters long and more than two meters wide, giving it a truly majestic presence on the road.
The wide wheelbase ensures vehicle stability and interior spaciousness.
