Volkswagen and Xpeng jointly unveiled a new electric crossover

Germany's Volkswagen company, together with its partner Xpeng in China, officially introduced to the wider public the new ID. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Unyx 08 model. This full-size electric crossover is an important achievement of the joint venture between the two companies and demonstrates a completely new approach to manufacturing modern electric vehicles.
This news is being reported by international publications and specialized technology sources. The new model is being offered to buyers at very attractive and competitive prices.
While the starting price of the car is about 34,700 dollars, its richest equipped version is valued at around 43,400 dollars. It is noteworthy that, in terms of its technical capabilities and advanced equipment, this crossover is superior to the ID.4 model sold in Western markets, while being significantly cheaper in price.
The ID. Unyx 08, with a length of five metres, falls into the category of large family crossovers.
The exterior of the car is made in a modern style and stands out with thin LED headlights, dark-coloured decorative elements and a company logo that lights up at night. The car is built on the latest technological platform, and buyers are given the opportunity to choose one of the batteries with a capacity of 82 or 95 kilowatt-hours.
The new model also records rather high results in technical performance. The main rear-wheel-drive version has a power of 308 horsepower.
The more powerful all-wheel-drive variant produces 496 horsepower and accelerates from a standstill to 100 kilometres per hour in only 4.9 seconds. On one full charge, the car can cover a distance of up to 730 kilometres.
In addition, it supports an ultra-fast charging system, which allows the battery to be filled to 80 percent in just 20 minutes. The interior of the crossover is designed in a manner rich in digital technologies.
It features a huge multimedia screen, a separate display for the passenger in the front seat, and second-level intelligent driver-assistance systems. This presentation once again proved that, through its cooperation in China, Volkswagen is achieving great success in creating convenient and affordable electric cars.
