
Famous Russian artist Erik Bulatov passed away at the age of 92. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

He lived in New York for a while, and since the 1990s he divided his life between Paris and Moscow. An important turning point in the artist's creative career was his solo exhibitions held in the 1980s at the Kunsthalle in Zurich and the Georges Pompidou Center in Paris.
These exhibitions brought him great international fame. Among Erik Bulatov's famous works are creative pieces such as "Entrance – No Entry," "Freedom," "I Live – I See," "The Glory of the USSR," "Welcome," "Louvre.
At Joconde," and "Clouds Are Growing." In 2008, his work "The Glory of the USSR" was sold at an auction in London for over two million dollars.
Additionally, it was announced that this summer Erik Bulatov ranked first in the list of Russia's most successful contemporary artists. Erik Bulatov is recognized not only in Russia but worldwide as one of the prominent artists, and his works hold a unique place in the art world.
