
Uzbek singer Madina Bonu Adilova took second place in the international vocal television project "Silk Way Star" final. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The final stage was held on November 23 in Astana, Kazakhstan. This project is a major media initiative implemented within the framework of cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, organized based on an agreement signed by Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the leader of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping.
The competition initially gathered representatives from 12 countries, but only seven performers reached the final stage. Throughout the project, a total of 508.2 thousand votes were cast by viewers.
Madina Bonu Adilova collected 85.4 thousand votes and secured second place. The first place went to Mongolian Mishel Joseph.
He won with 112.2 thousand votes. Third place was taken by Chinese representative Zhang He Xuan with 73.6 thousand votes.
Malaysian Yazmin Aziz also gathered 73.6 thousand votes and took the next position. Armenian Saro Gevorgyan finished the competition with 73.1 thousand votes.
Madina Bonu Adilova's achievements indicate the international recognition of Uzbek art. Such successes contribute to the development of our national art.
