According to Forbes, Beyonce's real estate assets and investments have played a significant role in strengthening her financial position.

She currently holds the fifth position on the list of music billionaires worldwide. Above her on the list are celebrities such as Jay-Z, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Bruce Springsteen, whose wealth is estimated between 1.1 billion and 2.5 billion dollars.

Experts believe that Beyonce's creativity and personal brands have played a major role in reaching this level. The 2023 "The Renaissance" concert tour was particularly important in her financial growth.

These tours generated nearly 600 million dollars in revenue, marking it as the singer's most successful tour. Additionally, concerts organized within the framework of the Cowboy Carter album also showed high earnings.
