Sold his stake in Habi Leym company for 975 million dollars

One of the most popular bloggers on the TikTok platform, Habi Leym, who has 270 million subscribers, sold a portion of his stake in his company “Step Distinctive Limited” to the American company “Rich Sparkle Holdings” for $975 million. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The value of this deal is estimated to be around 11.7–12.7 trillion soms (depending on the dollar exchange rate). This agreement signifies significant changes in the blogger's future revenue model.

According to the agreement, the buyer will have exclusive rights for the next three years to all revenue-generating directions worldwide related to Habi Leym. These directions include advertising, licensing, sales of branded products, and other monetization opportunities.

These processes are planned to be managed through a single system. As a result, Habi Leym's income will no longer come from separate advertising contracts but will depend on the overall success of the business created under his name.

Another notable aspect of the deal is that Habi Leym has agreed to create an artificial intelligence-based “digital twin.” This digital model can replicate his face, voice, and movements.

This “digital twin” will be able to broadcast in various languages, create content, and participate in commercial activities. The company considers this approach an innovative model that integrates content and e-commerce on a global scale.
