Gold casting price hit a record low

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan announced new prices for measured gold bars on April 21. Zamin.uz reported this.
According to today's rate, the value of 1 gram of gold has decreased by 10,600 soums compared to yesterday. This is the largest one-day decline observed since the beginning of the year.
According to the prices set by the bank, a 5-gram bar will be sold for 9 million 607 thousand soums, a 10-gram bar for 19 million 215 thousand soums, a 20-gram bar for 38 million 429 thousand soums, a 50-gram bar for 96 million 74 thousand soums, and a 100-gram bar for 192 million 147 thousand soums. These measured bars can be purchased at any bank office in Uzbekistan with cash or by card.
However, it is recommended to call in advance to check whether the required gram of gold is in stock. Due to the rapid rise in metal prices on the global market in recent days, citizens are eager to buy gold to preserve their savings.
As a result, bars are quickly running out in a number of banks. In particular, three out of seven banks in the capital have no 50 or 100 gram bars left.
So if you plan to buy, don't forget to contact the office before going there.
