A school graduate was held administratively responsible for expressing dissatisfaction with the doctor's actions on social media. The conflict arose because the doctor failed to insert the IV on the first attempt.
The girl had approached the polyclinic with high blood pressure and a headache and stated that the doctor had failed eight times to insert the IV. The doctor emphasized that the patient had been smoking during the procedure, which could have caused damage to the vein.
After this incident, the graduate posted a video on social media, insulting all doctors in the country in public. This action drew the attention of the public and law enforcement agencies.
The case was reviewed at the Yunusabad District Court, and a decision was made. The girl was found guilty under Article 183 of the Administrative Responsibility Code of Uzbekistan (petty hooliganism).
She was fined in the amount of 5 basic calculation amounts, which is 1,875,000 soums.
