Khudoyor Meliyev
Khudoyor Meliyev Khurramovich was born in 1980. He had been serving as Deputy Minister since January 2019. He graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute. Throughout his career, he has held various responsible positions in the Ministry of Justice. Prior to his deputy position, he served as the head of the Legislative Department of the Ministry of Justice.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Shavkat Rahmonov has also been removed from his position. No information has been provided regarding this, but information about him has been deleted from the official website.
Colonel Shavkat Rahmonov previously held leadership positions in the Internal Affairs Departments of Khorezm region (2017–2019), Samarkand region (2019–2022), and Namangan region (2022–2023).
