On November 7, 2024, during the shooting of the singer Ozoda Nursaidova's song "Dilbarim," an unfortunate incident occurred where the actress Sabrina Jabborova was run over by a car. The actress herself announced this on social media.
According to Sabrina, another underage actress, S.M., was driving the Mercedes-Benz G-Class ("Gelandewagen"). She was also participating in the video shoot.
“The underage actress pressed the gas pedal under the direction of the operator and director Sh.M., but at that moment lost control of the vehicle. The car's wheels ran over Sabrina twice: the front wheel completely passed over her, while the rear wheel rolled over her. As a result of the incident, Sabrina suffered a broken pelvis, and other parts of her body were severely injured,” the information left on Jabborova's Instagram page states.
Due to the lack of first aid provided to the victim, she lost a lot of blood. She was then taken to Hospital No. 4, where her life was saved after a 9-hour surgery. However, due to the surgical procedure being performed incorrectly, her left leg became 7 cm longer than her right leg, leaving the girl disabled.
Currently, doctors have stated that to restore the girl's health, her pelvis needs to be broken and the bones realigned, and such operations rarely succeed.
In her appeal for help, Sabrina noted that the underage girl at the wheel was brought to the shooting process by A.Q. and was allowed to drive.
According to her, the film organizers and other guilty parties did not provide sufficient assistance to the victim. They only paid a fine of $500 for "violating technical rules during the filming" for 4 months.
“When the victim's mother asked for help for Sabrina to stand on her feet, she received only empty promises and threats. She was told that if the materials regarding the incident were spread on the internet, all assistance to the victim would be completely stopped,” the appeal states.
It has been reported that a case regarding this incident has been brought to court, but the trial has not yet begun. Sabrina stated that the investigator has not provided her with the case materials.
Additionally, Sabrina mentioned that she needs to undergo repeated surgery abroad to restore her normal walking ability and has asked the public for help.
