In exchange for this money, he promised to assist the debtor in lifting the seizure restrictions placed on the vehicle. The debtor's debt amounted to approximately 70 million soums.
According to the State Security Service, the arrested individual received the money through an intermediary. The head of one of the farms in the Karshi district acted as the intermediary.
