The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that wanted criminals have been brought to Uzbekistan. This was reported by Upl.uz.
It has been announced that three citizens were wanted in international search, specifically on the Interpol list, for committing serious crimes in the territory of Uzbekistan. As a result of operational-search activities, it was determined that these individuals had left the country and were hiding in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
All of them are accused of economic and property crimes. Thanks to the cooperation between law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates and joint operations, the criminals were apprehended.
Once the necessary documents were prepared, they were extradited to Uzbekistan and brought to Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport. Now, criminal liability will be initiated against these individuals.
The investigation process will soon resume.
