The body of an Uzbek citizen, who passed away in Japan, was brought back to the homeland on August 1. This was reported by Upl.uz.
According to the news agency, the cause of our compatriot's death was not clearly stated. According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Tokyo and the Agency for External Labor Migration provided assistance to the deceased's family.
They organized the repatriation of the body, covered transportation costs, and purchased airline tickets for the husband and two minor children. A consular officer continuously monitored the family and provided necessary assistance throughout all transportation processes.
This assistance was a significant support for our compatriot's family in the complex situation following the death. Thus, state agencies and embassy staff are working together to protect the interests of citizens and ensure their well-being.
