Every employee works to support their family and manage household expenses. However, some company leaders do not feel the responsibility to pay their employees' salaries on time due to personal grudges or other reasons. As a result, employees are forced to resort to legal action to exercise their civil rights.
As a result of decisive measures taken, the Enforcement Bureau recovered the unpaid salaries amounting to 71 million soums for 17 medical workers from the Sharof Rashidov district medical association, which had previously been considered but unpaid.
The medical association should not allow such unnecessary expenses and employee troubles in the future. Ensuring that employees receive their salaries on time positively impacts their family's well-being and their attitude towards work.
