The enforcement document of the Civil Affairs Inter-District Court of Bostan dated 16.08.2023 states that the debtor “Great shopping center” LLC must pay a credit debt of 97.4 million soums to the creditor “Agrobank” JSC Ulugnor branch. At the same time, the enforcement is directed towards the “ice cream cafe” owned by D.X.
Employees of the Ulugnor district department of the bureau carried out enforcement actions and issued warnings to the debtors. Nevertheless, after the credit debts were not paid, the “ice cream cafe” located in the Shahriobod neighborhood of the district was seized.
The seized building has been valued at 308 million soums and is currently put up for electronic online auction.
