He was filmed walking naked in the street. This incident occurred on August 7 in the Chilonzor district, in the area of the 19th neighborhood.
According to the Tashkent city police department's press service, the participant in the incident was a citizen named A.A., born in 2006.
After a while, the preventive inspector found him sleeping under the influence of alcohol on a bench in front of an organized building. The offender was quickly detained, and an administrative report was drawn up against him under Article 183 of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (petty hooliganism).
The case documents have been sent to the district court for further review. This situation is of significant importance in ensuring order and discipline in society and maintaining the rule of law.
