
The administration of Saint Petersburg is planning to hold an official reception event in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Upl.uz.
The budget allocated for this event amounts to 1.5 million rubles, which is approximately 234 million soums. The funds will be spent on a banquet attended by Governor Alexander Beglov.
Information about the procurement was announced by the Saint Petersburg Committee for External Relations, and this news has attracted the attention of journalists from the ZakS.ru portal. The winning contractor is required to organize a two-hour banquet for 80 people.
The menu will include a variety of dishes, including meat and fish dishes, hot drinks, salads, and desserts. As a special requirement, the menu must include three traditional dishes from Saint Petersburg cuisine: Gatchina trout, sterlet fish in champagne, and schnitzels with anchovies.
At the same time, the use of pork in the menu is strictly prohibited. Guests will also be offered alcoholic beverages such as wine, vodka, and cognac.
The exact dates of the Saint Petersburg delegation's visit to Uzbekistan have not yet been disclosed.
