On August 22, 2024, a report circulated on social networks about a “Cobalt” car stopped under the bridge on Kukgumbaz Street in the “Haqiqat” neighborhood of Andijan district. It was stated that no calls were received on the short number “102” regarding this situation.
Also, no one contacted nearby medical institutions for assistance. Currently, employees of the Andijan district Internal Affairs Department are conducting investigative actions to clarify the details of the incident.
