On June 10, 2025, an enforcement order issued by the interregional civil court was received by the Taylak district Mandatory Enforcement Bureau. In the civil court case, the mother applied to take her daughter, born in 2019, away from the abusive father.
According to the court decision, the child was to be taken from the father and placed under the mother's guardianship. During the enforcement process, the state executor explained to the citizen that the child must be handed over to the mother in accordance with the court decision.
However, the father did not agree to return the child. As a result of the explanatory work carried out by the state executor, the child was taken from the father and returned to the mother.
Thus, the court decision was executed and the rights of the child were protected.
