Information has spread on social networks that some construction organizations are increasing their ratings by registering citizens as employees without their consent. Upl.uz reported on this.
The press service of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan responded to this situation. According to the statement, the ratings of construction and design organizations are calculated automatically.
This process is based on data obtained from approximately 10 ministries and agencies, in accordance with Resolution No. 699 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 9, 2020. Specifically, information about the organization's employees and their monthly salaries, which must not be less than the minimum wage (1,271,000 soums), is automatically taken from the databases of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations and the Tax Committee, aimed at poverty reduction.
Therefore, the national information system "Transparent Construction" does not have the ability to modify this data or verify its authenticity. The system only collects the data and openly presents it to users on the rating.mc.uz platform.
Currently, practical work is being carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Employment to systematically regulate cases of registering individuals as employees without their consent in the construction sector and simultaneously working in several organizations. To prevent such cases, citizens are advised not to share their personal information with strangers and to contact the authorized bodies if they find themselves employed by construction organizations without their consent.
