An enforcement case was initiated at the Jizzakh City Enforcement Bureau to recover a tax debt of 500 million soums from LLC "W.S." During the enforcement actions, the organization's bank accounts and property were seized.
It is also noted that the company's real estate was seized. If the company does not pay the debt from its own funds within the prescribed legal period, all seized property will be put up for sale through an online auction platform.
The proceeds from the sale will be fully directed to repay the debt. If the amount received from the sale exceeds the debt, the excess money will be returned to the company.
This measure is aimed at accelerating the recovery of tax debts and ensuring legality.
