During the past period of this year, the Sirdaryo region department of the Enforcement Bureau, in cooperation with the Road Traffic Safety Department, conducted raid activities, during which 72 vehicles belonging to debtors were found and placed in impound lots.
For example, during the raid, a "Cobalt" car belonging to debtor N. Karimov was found due to exceeding the speed limit while driving, and there are 8 enforcement documents regarding the collection of a total fine of 4 million 575 thousand soums.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the debtor has a credit debt of 85.9 million soums to the bank and a debt of 77.5 million soums to the insurance company.
Measures are being taken to put this vehicle up for auction.
Activities in this regard are ongoing.
The debtor's car was damaged after accelerating eight times.
