Did the "Uzbekistan Airways" company deceive the public on its anniversary?

Some got it, some did not: "Uzbekistan Airways" holiday discount faced criticism. The company announced a 30 percent discount on tickets for all destinations yesterday, on the occasion of its 33rd anniversary, but according to reports circulating on social media, the 30 percent discount was raised with the arrival of January 28.
This situation caused objections from many. To clarify the situation, Kun.uz conducted a survey with those who visited the central cash desk of "Uzbekistan Airways." While some claimed they were purchasing tickets at the discounted price, the majority of citizens stated that they did not notice the announced 30 percent discounts in ticket prices.
According to the press secretary of "Uzbekistan Airways," tickets are sold worldwide for 24 hours. If they were sold at one price yesterday, it is natural for them to be at a different price today. As cheaper rates sell out due to purchases, tickets at higher rates are put on sale. After that, some passengers do not see discounts.
"This is a process related to the fluctuation of rates; the rates are entered into the system, and it is difficult to change them within 1-2 days. Employees act 2-3 months in advance, so we cannot deliberately raise prices to enter them into the system," says the company's press secretary.
