"77 million soums of alimony for the 'Black Eyes' have been collected"

It is known that Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan states that “Avoiding the provision of material support to a minor or a person incapable of work who is in need of material assistance, that is, failing to pay the amount that must be collected according to the court's decision or court order for their material support for more than two months, if committed after the imposition of an administrative penalty for such an act, shall be punished by corrective labor for up to two years or imprisonment for up to one year.”
According to the decision of the civil court, the debtor A.A. was ordered to pay alimony from his monthly salary and income for the benefit of the creditor N.E. for the material support of his child, and despite being warned several times during the enforcement proceedings, he continued to evade payment.
Additionally, previously, based on Article 47, Part 4 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative detention.
The legal consequences of the debtor's deliberate failure to pay alimony debts were explained by the chief inspector of the Investigation and Administrative Practice Department of the Bureau's Jizzakh regional administration, and during the process of collecting documents for the criminal case, 77,138,740 soum of alimony debt was collected for the child's support.
