More than 2 billion soums have been collected for the benefit of entrepreneurs

In our country, supporting entrepreneurship and protecting the rights and legal interests of businesspeople is a priority. This is because the role of entrepreneurship is invaluable in the consistent and stable development of our economy and in raising the living standards of the population.

Important measures are being taken by the Sirdaryo regional department of the mandatory enforcement bureau to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs.

For example, based on the enforcement documents of the Guliston inter-district economic court, the debtors “G.Sh.H.” have been enforced to pay 1.4 billion soums to individual entrepreneur “A.Eshbekov”, 495.3 million soums to individual entrepreneur “Sh.Ibroximov”, 272 million soums to the private enterprise “Golden Windows”, and 175.2 million soums to the private enterprise “Omadli Zarinabonu”. The Guliston city department of the bureau has carried out enforcement actions regarding these debts.

As a result of the mandatory enforcement actions, a total of 2 billion 325 million soums of debts have been fully collected for the aforementioned entrepreneurs from the debtor organization, and the enforcement of the documents has been effectively ensured.

Measures in this regard are ongoing.
