On July 9, 2024, at approximately 18:55, the Tashkent city Emergency Situations Department received a report about a fire that broke out in an under-construction apartment building on Maxtumquli Street in the Yashnobod district. Firefighting service personnel arrived at the scene within 10 minutes and began extinguishing the fire.
At 19:16, it was reported that the fire was completely extinguished. As a result of the fire, the builders' bedding items burned in an area of 20 square meters on the first floor of the construction.
No one was harmed. The Emergency Situations Department emphasized that the information about the fire occurring in the Technopark area is not true.
