The "Hududgaz Poytaxt" gas supply company reported that the natural gas supply will be temporarily suspended for some consumers located in the New Life district of Tashkent city. This was reported by Upl.uz.
This measure is related to the implementation of emergency technical work in the network. According to the official announcement, the restrictions are being introduced due to planned maintenance and repair work along the gas pipeline.
Specialists will carry out this work on July 14, Monday. The gas supply will be suspended from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
The temporary inconvenience will affect citizens and organizations living in the "Jaloir" neighborhood. The report states that the suspension of gas supply will concern 110 private households.
Additionally, two large consumers operating in that area will also be temporarily without gas. Representatives of "Hududgaz Poytaxt" emphasize that these measures are temporary and aimed at ensuring the stability and safety of the gas infrastructure.
After the planned technical work is completed, that is, on Monday evening, the gas supply is expected to be fully restored. Uzbekistan ranks among the top twenty countries in the world in terms of natural gas reserves.
