Sh.
A male sexually assaulted a female passenger, grabbing her thigh and breast, creating an uncomfortable situation. The woman immediately demanded that the vehicle stop and contacted law enforcement after the incident.
The first-instance court found O. Sh. guilty under Article 41-1 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (Sexual Violence) and imposed a five-day administrative detention.
However, O. Sh.
disagreed with the court's decision and filed an appeal, expressing genuine remorse. The victim woman stated that she forgave him and confirmed that O.
Sh. and his mother apologized.
He requested the court to reduce the sentence and stated that he had no claims. These circumstances, as well as the fact that O.
Sh. has three minor children who depend on him, were taken into account. The appellate court partially satisfied O.
Sh.'s complaint and reduced the administrative detention period from five to three days.
