Zabolotniy played better than Ugalde – Chervichenko

Andrey Chervichenko, former president of the "Spartak" club, commented on the performance of striker Anton Zabolotniy. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

On Saturday, the 34-year-old player made his debut in an official match for the "red-white" team. According to Chervichenko, Zabolotniy can sometimes push the ball forward once or twice, but he is not a striker who can deliver consistent results.

At the same time, the former president mentioned that Zabolotniy looked better compared to Manfred Ugalde. The club's fans had demanded a tall striker, which is why such a player was acquired.

However, it is surprising that Zabolotniy played better than Ugalde, as fans expected more results from him. According to Chervichenko, Zabolotniy is not a striker who has completely failed to meet the fans' expectations.
