Slishkovich: The match between Orenburg and CSKA ended in a fair draw

Vladimir Slishkovich, the head coach of the Orenburg team, commented to the "Match TV" channel after the match against CSKA. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He stated that the team had a week to prepare for the match in the Russian championship. He noted that the first half of the game and the first 10-15 minutes of the second half went well, but he expressed dissatisfaction with the last 20 minutes.

At that time, he acknowledged that the CSKA team applied pressure. According to Slishkovich, his team acted effectively in defense, especially the goalkeeper Bogdan managed to perform his duties well.

Overall, he said that the 0:0 draw was a fair result and emphasized that the fans witnessed an interesting game of football. When asked about the team's readiness for the Russian Premier League matches, the head coach stated that there was no doubt regarding their preparation.

According to him, time is limited during the game in the RPL, and therefore it is necessary to always be ready. Slishkovich emphasized that his team is always prepared.

Additionally, when asked about football experts considering the Orenburg team as one of the main contenders for the championship, he reminded that there is a saying in his country: "See who is speaking, not what they are saying." This, in his opinion, indicates the importance of considering the speaker's reputation in evaluations.
