Slishkovich: Trust in the youth of Orenburg yields results

The head coach of the "Orenburg" team, Vladimir Slishkovich, shared his thoughts after the match against "Rubin." This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the team's performance was not bad and was much better compared to the match against "Makhachkala" last week. Slishkovich emphasized that when the players followed the game plan, very dangerous situations arose.

The coach highlighted that young players showed themselves well and that the club can trust them. When asked about young players getting nervous and making mistakes, Slishkovich said that the first professional game is not easy and that it is natural for every player to make mistakes.

He noted that experienced players should take responsibility for the youth, and it is important to work on mistakes and correct them. According to him, if a young player is trusted, he will develop and achieve good results.
