Valeriy Masalitin, the honorary player of the CSKA team, shared his thoughts. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He expressed his opinions about the match result against Zenit. According to Masalitin, Zenit was quite active and aggressive in attack.
The CSKA players tried to organize attacks well in the center at the beginning of the game. The trio of Kislak, Oblyakov, and Alves was active in the center, but on the wings, Glebov and Krugovoy could not play effectively enough.
Although Allerrandro scored a goal, he made many mistakes and has not yet found his game. Nevertheless, CSKA managed to secure one point in this match.
It was unexpected for many that CSKA was the first to score, as Zenit attacked more and maintained ball control at the beginning of the game. However, the visitors made good use of their opportunities.
Kislak had another good chance, and if he had scored, the match result could have been completely different. Krugovoy's pass to Musaev was also a dangerous episode.
Regarding the penalty awarded in favor of Zenit, Masalitin considers this decision unclear and emphasized that there are questions about the refereeing. He stated that the referee leaned more towards Zenit, and in some situations, Zenit players should have received cards, but the referee did not warn them.
CSKA player Kislak received a card despite playing the ball without hitting anyone. This indicates serious questions about the refereeing.
Masalitin also mentioned that the start of the season has not been smooth for CSKA. The team is not fully formed, and there are no strong players on the bench.
Nevertheless, not losing was viewed positively. The only problem is the lack of unity in the team during the spring months.
The team needs to improve their interactions, especially in defense and the central line. Luchin made a good appearance, but there was no opportunity to see Roshani.
In Masalitin's opinion, the team needs to strengthen its roster and give confidence to young players.
