The club's official website provided information about the transfer of the 30-year-old midfielder. It was stated that the Portuguese footballer has joined Tottenham on loan, with the possibility of a full purchase in the future.

According to Transfermarkt, the London club will pay 5 million euros for Palhinha's loan. The contract is intended to last until the end of the 2025-2026 season.

Joao Palhinha has previously played in England. He played for Fulham from 2022 to 2024.

Then Bayern Munich purchased him for 51 million euros. In his only season in Germany, Palhinha played in 25 matches but did not stand out with a goal or an assist.

The experienced midfielder will now try to prove himself at Tottenham. The club and fans have high hopes for him.
