Cherchesov: It is not possible to completely change the team in a short time

We want to be a disciplined team that strives to win every game. Each game should be won in its own way.
We will follow our own path. This is the second game, as you rightly pointed out, it is difficult to make many changes in a short time.
The most important thing is to influence the atmosphere within the team and the mentality of the players. The players know how to play.
Additionally, Vladimir Slishkovich stated that cup matches provide an opportunity for young players to gain experience. Cherchesov also commented on the cup games: – A cup game is a match played for a trophy.
In my time, the cup was decided in one game, meaning whether you won or lost – that was the result. Now, however, some opportunities have arisen.
We will also have changes, as we recently played a tough game against “Zenit” and some players could not fully recover. Therefore, we will choose the lineup based on the current condition of the players, – said Cherchesov.
The head coach emphasized that completely changing the team in a short period is difficult, but the internal atmosphere of the team and the mental state of the players will be the main focus.
