Newcastle bought Jacob Ramsey from Aston Villa

Winger Jacob Ramsey has transferred from Aston Villa to Newcastle. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The club's press service announced this. The 24-year-old player signed a long-term contract with the team.

The details of the deal have not yet been disclosed, but according to well-known football insider Fabrizio Romano, Ramsey's transfer cost Newcastle 46 million euros. Ramsey is a product of Aston Villa's academy.

He has played a total of 167 matches for the first team, scoring 17 goals and providing 19 assists. According to the popular Transfermarkt portal, Ramsey's market value is 32 million euros.
