West Ham set the price at 40 million for the package
West Ham's attacking midfielder Lucas Paqueta may leave the club by the end of the summer. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The Brazilian player is considering leaving, and interest in him has been expressed again by Manchester City. According to journalist Ekrem Konur, West Ham is ready to discuss the transfer of the 27-year-old player if buyers offer around 30-40 million pounds sterling (35-46 million euros).
On the Transfermarkt website, Lucas Paqueta's price is significantly lower – 28 million euros. Three years ago, the London club bought the player from Lyon and paid approximately 43 million euros.
The current contract is valid until mid-2027 and includes an option to extend for one year. The club and the player have not yet clarified their future plans, but transfer negotiations are ongoing.
Paqueta is considered one of the key players for the team, and his departure could impact West Ham's squad. The player aims to continue his career at a new club.
